Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Exceptions for Events & Expos

As a small business, there may be times when we attend expos, markets, or shows. During these periods, orders will be dispatched once we return.

Customers will be notified via email if their order is affected.

An announcement banner will be placed at the top of our website, clearly stating when orders will be shipped.

Packaging

We are committed to sustainability. All orders are packed using eco-friendly and recyclable materials. Our skincare products are bottled in glass wherever possible, and we take every precaution to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Items

While we carefully pack all products, we understand that on rare occasions, items may be damaged in transit. If this occurs:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
